กรรมวาจา : คำประกาศกิจในท่ามกลางสงฆ์, การสวดประกาศ แบ่งเป็น ๒ คือ ญัตติ ๑ อนุสาวนา ๑ - the formal words of an act; text of a formal act, i.e. a motion (ญัตติ) together with one or three proclamations (อนุสาวนา) that may follow.
กัลยาณมิตตตา : ความมีเพื่อนเป็นคนดี ไม่คบคนชั่ว - good friendship; good company; association with the virtuous.
พินทุกัปปะ : การทำพินทุ, การทำจุดเป็นวงกลม อย่างใหญ่เท่าแววตานกยูง อย่างเล็กเท่าหลังตัวเรือด ที่มุมจีวร ด้วยสีเขียวคราม โคลน หรือดำคล้ำ เพื่อทำจีวรให้เสียสีหรือมีตำหนิตามวินัยบัญญัติ และเป็นเครื่องหมายช่วยให้จำได้ด้วย; เขียนพินทุกัป ก็ได้, คำบาลีเดิมเป็นกัปปพินทุ, เรียกกันง่ายๆ ว่า พินทุ - a smudge that makes a new robe allowable; dark mark or small black dot applied to a new robe to make it lawful. v. (ทำกัปปพินทุ) to make a robe allowable by applying a disfiguring smudge (by which the owner can identify it); mark with a smudge.
